On September 9 at 15:35 UTC, end-users had degraded performance across Mews products. The degraded performance status remained until 15:55 UTC.
Causes
The Mews platform team deployed a change that caused locking on the database resulting in the degraded performance.
Action
The problem resolved itself before requiring action.
Solution
The Mews platform team is currently identifying opportunities to improve our performance monitoring solution to reduce the detection time.

Resolved

Database table locking occurred during application deployment, which caused degraded performance. The issue is now resolved, we apologize for any inconvenience.

We have noticed a downgraded performance of the system between 15:35-15:55 UTC that correlates with a deployment. The performance is currently recovered, and we are monitoring the situation.
