We identified and fixed an issue where some rate configurations could lose their selected tax (VAT) if the configuration screen was left open and inactive, allowing the rate to be saved without a tax selection. A fix has been deployed on 21 November 2025 to prevent this from happening again.

The investigation window for potentially affected rates covers 15 October–22 November 2025.

Actions needed by Property
Review your rate configurations (particularly base rates) and re-assign the correct tax to any rate where the tax is missing or set to 0% where they are not supposed to.

If invoices were issued without the correct tax during the affected period, please correct them following your standard process.
